Malcolm was inspired to establish Thorpe Legacy Enterprises, LLC (“TLE”) to address the issues of home ownership and quality affordable housing in underserved communities.  Malcolm has always believed that home ownership is a critical component of building generational wealth for families and founded TLE to generate generational wealth for his family and to give others the opportunity to do the same. Malcolm works tirelessly to ensure that TLE’s properties are of the upmost quality and are affordable to potential homebuyers and renters. He believes that home ownership and quality housing are critical to community development

Malcolm purchased his first property in his hometown of Rahway New Jersey in 2018 shortly after graduating from Rutgers University School of Law. Malcolm is an attorney that is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.  Malcolm utilizes his legal skills, network, and business acumen to manage a team of general contractors, real estate agents and lenders to successfully acquire and renovate residential real estate for homebuyers and renters.  He manages construction of acquired real estate to ensure quality, innovative design, and utility. He studies real estate markets to determine profitable opportunities in areas of need. He also manages TLE’s finances and makes all strategic decisions regarding business opportunities and personnel.

Under Malcolm’s leadership, TLE owns properties in multiple states and provides various real estate related services such as general contracting services, acquisitions, and dispositions. TLE is seeking to expand to new markets, take on larger projects and most importantly help more people start their own legacy!
